CEO pay 364 times more than other workers
From CNN money, the average CEO of a large US company made $10M last year compared to an average of $29K for average workers. Most of us would venture to say that many workers don't really earn the value of their compensation, does your CEO? What value does a CEO need to bring a company to earn $10M in pay. How hard would it be to replace them - probably more challenging than replacing the average worker but is the compensation just over the top compared to what they bring in results and leadership?
