From McKinsey Quarterly and CIO.com, a survey of CEOs and Board Members say 44% of execs should take on a leadership role on societal issues like education, health care and foreign policy. Are you working and thinking beyond your workspace - other innovative leaders are - although with only 14% saying they personally take a leadership role - not enough are truly using their position and resources to make a difference.
