What is your first response to an issue or problem that you find out about? if it is to fire off an angry email blasting the person responsible, maybe even copying others involved, then you might want to reconsider your approach to handling conflict. You need to remember that confict is going to be part of daily life, especially in the workplace. To be effective in dealing with conflict, you need to accept that it will happen, be proactive in dealing with it, don't react from your gut - get the facts first, and most important - address it face to face, not in an email.
