As a senior leader, how involved are you in leading your organizations projects?
A Cutter Consortium survey found that of 100 organizations, only 39% of senior managers consider themselves very knowledgable of PM methodologies and practice - only 28% of non managers concurred. What should you do - some best practices you should consider adopting - get your senior management team aware and educated on the processes and practices most important; have an effective communication strategy; and be prepared to adjust your plans as things change.
